1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the access to and use of Lokanet, a software as a service platform owned and operated by PT Viktori Inter Prima, a legal entity registered in the Republic of Indonesia.

By accessing, registering, or using Lokanet services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the services.

• Lokanet: refers to the software platform, website, applications, and services provided under the Lokanet brand.
• Company: refers to PT Viktori Inter Prima.
• User: refers to any individual or entity accessing or using Lokanet services.
• Services: refers to all features, modules, and functionalities provided by Lokanet.

3. Use of Services

Users agree to use Lokanet services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Users must not:

• Use the services for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities.
• Interfere with system security, performance, or integrity.
• Misuse APIs, automation tools, or communication features provided by Lokanet.

PT Viktori Inter Prima reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.

4. Account Registration

To access certain services, users may be required to create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up to date information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.

5. Data Protection and Privacy

The collection and processing of personal data are governed by the Privacy Policy of Lokanet, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

Data Ownership

Customers using Lokanet retain full ownership of all data processed through the platform, including messaging content, contacts, and communication records.

Lokanet acts only as a service provider that processes such data to deliver the functionality of the platform.

PT Viktori Inter Prima does not claim ownership of customer data.

Messaging Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for the content of messages sent through the Lokanet platform.

Users must ensure that all communications comply with applicable laws, including regulations related to spam, privacy, and consumer protection.

Lokanet is not responsible for the legality or accuracy of messages sent by users.

Acceptable Use

Users must not use Lokanet services to:

• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
• Distribute illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content.
• Violate privacy or data protection laws.
• Transmit malware or harmful code.
• Abuse messaging platforms integrated with Lokanet.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent termination of the account.

Automation and AI Features

Lokanet may provide automation or artificial intelligence features designed to assist communication workflows.

Users remain responsible for reviewing automated responses and ensuring that messages generated by automation tools are appropriate and compliant with applicable regulations.

Service Reliability

Lokanet relies on third party infrastructure providers including cloud services and communication platforms.

The availability of certain features may depend on these external services. PT Viktori Inter Prima cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

6. Third Party Services

Lokanet may integrate or rely on third party services such as messaging platforms, payment gateways, analytics providers, or cloud infrastructure. PT Viktori Inter Prima is not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third party services.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to Lokanet, including but not limited to software, source code, trademarks, logos, and content, are owned by or licensed to PT Viktori Inter Prima. Users are granted a limited, non exclusive, non transferable right to use the services solely for their internal business purposes.

8. Fees and Payments

Certain services or modules may be subject to fees. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms will be communicated separately through the platform or written agreements. Failure to complete payments may result in service suspension or termination.

Payments for Lokanet services are processed through Midtrans. By making a payment, users agree to the applicable terms and conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PT Viktori Inter Prima shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use Lokanet services. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error free operation of the services.

10. Service Availability and Changes

PT Viktori Inter Prima reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Lokanet services at any time for operational, technical, or legal reasons. Reasonable efforts will be made to notify users of material changes.

11. Termination

The Company may terminate or suspend user access at its discretion if users violate these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws. Upon termination, users must cease using the services immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through the appropriate courts in Indonesia.

14. Changes to These Terms

PT Viktori Inter Prima may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be effective upon publication on this page.
